1. Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within7 days from the date of Delivery

 

⁃ Items purchased during a sale or promotional period may have different return and exchange conditions:

Return/Exchange for free products:  Any items you received free on your product as promotion product are not eligible for any return.

 

2. Returns:

⁃ If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) for a refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via Email (mention request/order number) or raise a ticket in Website.

 

⁃ Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Also, the item(s) received

were not damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the returned

item(s), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days which reflect in your GentleRen Wallet.

 

3. Exchanges:

- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please mail us to initiate the exchange process Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will provide you with alternative options or issue a refund Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanging the item(s)unless it was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect ltems :

⁃ If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately.

We may request photo evidence of the issue to expedite the resolution process.

Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund for the

damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s).Return shipping costs for damaged,

defective, or incorrect items will be covered by
