Quality Inspection: Once your returned item arrives back at our facility, it undergoes a standard quality check within 48 hours to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Modes of Refund:
Prepaid Orders: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank account, Credit/Debit card, UPI).
COD Orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be issued in the form of a secure Store Voucher/Wallet Credit or via bank transfer to accounts verified by the customer.
Processing Timeline: Approved refunds take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or financial institution.
Non-Refundable Charges: Original shipping fees and COD handling charges are non-refundable.
