Return Window: We want you to love your fit. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
Eligibility Criteria:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
Items purchased during major clearance sales may be marked as final sale and ineligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return:
Visit our online Return Portal or email us at gentleren197@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
Reverse Pickup: We offer a convenient reverse-pickup service for most pin codes. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, our support team will guide you on how to self-ship the item back to us.
